- Create a comprehensive social media strategy for groups that have been defined and are already using social media. This will increase visibility, membership and traffic across to your website.
- Interact with your potential customers to align your services with their needs.
- Upload and incorporate relevant content on to the social networks, highlighting the company’s events, services, and specials.
- Title content with an understanding of how the words chosen impact natural search traffic and rankings via recurrent optimized content.
- When tagging content is available, we will conduct keyword research including cataloging and indexing target keyword phrases.
- Regularly participate within these sites and groups to keep members active and visiting.
- Clearly communicate and report about the progress of the campaign.
- Coordinate online media outreach and viral campaigns to promote your key messages that increase awareness and drive traffic to your website.
- Establish and cultivate positive relationships with your target audience, and send connection requests to potential clients.
- Develop and publish internal strategies for social media projects and technologies.
- Coordinate activities by engaging in consumer and industry conferences, blogs, video sharing, online chats, wikis, etc., to increase brand awareness.
- Identify and report on digital/social media trends to PR and marketing leaders.
- Educate staff on the implementation and use of new technologies.
- Promote and evangelize social media activities internally.
